AI Notification Bypass

An issue with the AI system Arlo uses to identify motion subjects is that there is currently a 10-15 second delay that Arlo is working to eliminate.  Some of us would be willing to do without the AI detection if it meant we get notifications as fast as we would without the Smart Plan.  Thus, please add a feature in the app for these cameras to allow the AI detection to be bypassed entirely - at least until you get the delay worked out.

Note that the server could still modify the event later to add the "person detected" tag or something similar.  This wouldn't have to be an all-or-nothing thing - just a way to get notifications sent faster if the user desires.
