4K Local livestream for Ultra cameras regardless what plan paid for

According to live chat support the livestream function/resolution is set by the plan you pay for:

If you don´t pay for any plan - you have 4K resolution while livestreaming at local network. No cloud storage.

If you pay for the ELITE plan (4K) - you get 4K resolution while livestreaming at local network. 4K cloud storage.

If you pay for PREMIER plan (2K) - you get 2K resolution while livestreaming at local network. 2K cloud storage.

My opinion is that 4K resolution should be available for livestreaming at local network regrdless what plan you pay for. 

The plan should only affect the cloud storage - not local functions at home while being at local network

This is based on discussions with live chat support (Case ID #41648161):

I expected 4K in local livestream - I have only 2K since I only pay for 2K cloud storage.

It does not say anywhere in plan description that the 2K/4K livestream is affected by the plan you pay for - only Cloud Recordings. That information should be put in plan descriptions aswell.
