My base is not discoverable when trying to connect to HomeKit.
Can you send me another token reset request to my base station?  Thanks,

Nothing changed, still not working, look like I don’t had a Token reset.

Can you try again, I have reset your tokens. Please reboot your base station and remove/reinstall the Arlo app.

Fixed:
1-open HomeKit on my phone
2-open any camera
3-click on camera settings
4-click on bridge
5- click on remove bridge from Home
6- re-install the bridge follow steps install cameras
7- works perfect 100%

Hi,

 

I am trying to add my smarthub to my HomeKit, I followed the instructions by the book.

I did that from the iOS app, then selected 'Home' then 'Room' then scan the QR code, but nothing is added (and I can keep waiting minutes in front of the Home app, it doesn't go through 😞

Please help. I suspect a token issue.
