My base is not discoverable when trying to connect to HomeKit.
Can you send me another token reset request to my base station?  Thanks,

Hi, I just purchased and installed a new base station (with another account) in Spain.

Same issue than in France/Paris, I am unable to add it to my Home in HomeKit.

Could you please reset the token of the VM5000 linked to this email address/account please ?

I have reset your tokens, please reboot your Base Station and try again. If you are having an issue still, please make sure you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app. You can also try removing and reinstalling the app.

HomeKit isn’t even an option in my Arlo app anymore. It’s gone.

You can try removing & reinstalling the app. These are the compatible base station/Smart Hubs How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

You may be missing the issue. I’ve used the same app, base station, etc. for a long time. HomeKit worked fine. Out of nowhere, HomeKit is no longer in the app to setup.

Reinstalling the app and resetting the base station do not work.

How can HomeKit disappear from the app? Was it removed in a recent update?
