My base is not discoverable when trying to connect to HomeKit.
Can you send me another token reset request to my base station?  Thanks,

@ShayneS After rebooting my base station, the Homekit option has disappeared from the base station settings menu in the Arlo app. It now shows up in the Apple Home app; however, I do not have a set-up code, which is why I've used the Arlo app to add them in the past.

You can try to remove & re-Install the Arlo App.

Hi,

 

I get an "Uncertified Accessory" message when I try to add my Arlo Ultra 2 SmartHub to HomeKit.

 

It seems that the problem can be solved by requesting a HomeKit token reset, so can anyone at Arlo Support reset my HomeKit token as soon as possible?

Vmb5000r6. Hi I’m getting an unauthorized message when I try to add my smart hub to HomeKit.
Beside this the quality of the video is clearly not 4K even if I set 4K local live (screen show 4K live but quality is for away from 4K)
