I’ve set up my VMB4000 Base station with 1 Arlo Pro camera and 3 Arlo Essential cameras, and when I try and configure HomeKit on the base station, it gets stuck on the discovering step and won’t actually connect. Can I get some help?

I’m having trouble connecting my smart hub to apple HomeKit. I get a “Uncertified Accessory”. Can you send me a new key?

@ShayneS I've got a VMB5000r6 and have been unsuccessful in adding it to homekit via any method (either via the Arlo app or directly from the Homekit Home app).  I've removed and re-added the base station from my account a number of times trying to get it working -- it seems likely I've got this same token issue.

I've had the same issue and I just came across this thread where you guys have been resetting tokens.  My VMB4000r3 is having the same issue where it says it's an uncertified accessory.  I'd appreciate it if you could do the same for me.  Thank you guys for your hard work!

You should be able to navigate to your Username/Account > My Subscriptions & Unsubscribe to this thread.

Please send a reset token for Homekit to my base station as I am having the same issue.  I go to Homekit Setup and it just spins on discovering your device.
