I’ve set up my VMB4000 Base station with 1 Arlo Pro camera and 3 Arlo Essential cameras, and when I try and configure HomeKit on the base station, it gets stuck on the discovering step and won’t actually connect. Can I get some help?

I don't see the option to "Add to Homekit" when I look at my base station in the Arlo app. 

 

If I start from the Homekit app, I see the basestation, but it asks for an 8-digit code, which I don't know and isn't on my base station.

Several attempts to reboot and repair and try to setup more than a dozen times. It pairs but directly after it says searching for hubs and fails. Not from what Arlo tech tells me I have a bad Arlo baby camera after having it for a little over a year. Terrible. There has to be someone that can resolve it in some way. Maybe pay for a new one or something.

I have the same problem with my VMB4000r3 base station. It won’t find the device (it had worked previously but now not). 

 

Could you please send a new token to reset the condition?
