My base is not discoverable when trying to connect to HomeKit.
Can you send me another token reset request to my base station?  Thanks,

Mine is still not able to set up Homekit. I think this is definitely a bug… and it doesn’t make sense we ask this manually to the company to do reset. Can you please me on this?

I updated the app and firmware and I still have issues with HomeKit configuration (base station not discovered). Can I get a HomeKit token reset please for my base station? Thanks!

I too need a reset token please.  VMB4000r3.  Was working fine, then got the "offline" error and I made the mistake of removing it from Homekit.  Now I'm stuck in the loop of doom on Discovering Devices.

 

Looks like a reset of my tokens will do the trick.  I'm on the most recent app and firmware versions.  Thanks!

I’m having the issue where when trying to setup HomeKit the discovering devices screen just search’s forever. Seems like people getting their token reset works? Thank you.

I need a token reset also.  After updating to iOS 15.x it seems that my cameras all went offline with the Apple Home app.

Thanks for the very quick response ShayneS!  That seems to have done the trick.  I'm able to re-add the devices in Homekit again.

I am trying to add an arlo baby and its spinning on devices search. would a reset token help with that as well?
