My base is not discoverable when trying to connect to HomeKit.
Can you send me another token reset request to my base station?  Thanks,

No such luck. Still the same problem. It will keep on seaching for the device.

No luck. It just won’t discover my system. There’s no code to scan so I can’t do it that way

Hello everyone,

 

I have a few questions below for anyone with their devices stuck on "discovering your device" when pairing with HomeKit. 

 

Q. Were any devices onboarded (Paired/Setup) in HomeKit in the past?

**If so, have the devices been moved to a different location?

 

Q. Do you have any firewall setup?

I did a reset of my SmartHub but still not being able to find the cameras in the homekit. Once I enter into the configuration for the homekit, it stays looking for new devices an nothing is shown

Arlo support agent reset token.  

 

Power cycled the hub, still cannot connect to Homekit.  I get the spinning wheel of death.  

 

Was on homekit prior nothing changed on network (port forwarding or firewall).  Ideas please, this is very annoying.  

 

Did the agent not reset my token correctly?

Thanks for the token reset.

 

I've power cycled the hub and still have the same issues. 

 

I have a homekit "set up" option (screenshot attached); however, when selected it takes me to the spinning wheel of death screen (prior screen shot).  

 

Next steps?

After the reset token , I unplugged the base station and plugged it back in after 30 seconds. Still getting “ discovering your devices please wait “ ....
