Hello,

I'm trying to enable HomeKit and have no code underthe base. According to all the other messages here, I need a token reset. Can somebody help with that please?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

I have the same issue and would like to request a homekit token reset for BOTH homes:

 

S/N Base Station Home 1: 5GP59776A1062 (VMB5000 R4)
S/N Base Station Home 2: 5GP5977CA0E0E (VMB5000 R4)

Hello. Could I also please get a token reset for my brand-new VMB5000 r6 (firmware 1.26.0.0_1912_12a0681)? It didn’t come with a QR code for setting up HomeKit. I spent an hour chatting with Support to no effect, and they didn’t suggest resetting the token. My serial number is . Thank you!

I performed the reset like you requested but the smarthub is still stuck on discovering devices. Am I missing something?

Try logging out of the account then logging back in, trying the steps I provided again and see if that works.If it does not the only other way is to reset the basestation. Please keep in mind when you reset the basestation all cameras have to be added back on.
