HomeKit Integration won’t work

I’ve set up my VMB4000 Base station with 1 Arlo Pro camera and 3 Arlo Essential cameras, and when I try and configure HomeKit on the base station, it gets stuck on the discovering step and won’t actually connect. Can I get some help?

Still not coming up. I don't have a HomeKit setup code on the base station and the HomeKit link in the Arlo app does not appear. Any ideas??

Can you try and remove/reinstall the app once.

It actually showed up on my iPad and I was able to connect though it. Odd but I'm set now! Thank you.

I have two VMB4540 smarthubs. For some reason, one of them stopped working with HomeKit recently. Could you please reset my HomeKit tokens?

I assume this issue would be resolved.  When I select Setup HomeKit, it starts spinning on Devices Found but never returns.  I’ve bounced the Bridge a couple times to no avail.

I have removed the arlo app (uninstalled) and rebooted the bridged/hub and verified the firmware was up to date.  I am still having the issue.  I’m not sure if it matters but I have Ultra’s, Pro4’s and Pro’s.  

Bridge/Hub Info:

MODEL VERSION: VMB5000r5A

FIRMWARE VERSION: 1.17.2_1157_0e6c162

 

PHONE INFO:

OS: Apple iOS

MODEL NUMBER:  ML9C3LL/A

SOFTWARE VERSION: 15.3.1
