I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Thank you very much.

Hi James,
I am having this issue of uncertified accessory when pairing with HomeKit. I have attempted to use the Live Chat function on your website but was unable to find a solution with the technician.
I asked if they could resend the token as this seems to fix the issue for others on this thread, but they told me they were unable to do that. Attached is the image I also sent to your online support showing the problem,
Are you able to help me with this issue?
Thanks
Ben

Thanks James! Worked first go!
Can I suggest that you train your online support how to fix this. I spent over half an hour talking to them and they were unable to resolve the issue.
Cheers, Ben

Hi James,
Thanks! This did the trick for me and I was up and running again for several days, but somehow the HomeKit settings in the Arlo app reset itself again, and just gets stuck on "Discovering your device. Please Wait" again.
Can I get another token reset?
Thanks.
