Hi I have just got the new iPhone XS max and it is synchronised to my cameras but it will not play my library videos but will play live events can you help please

This issue has been resolved with the latest version of iOS. Please download and install iOS 12.1.

Just the last few months I noticed that when using the app I cannot play the videos in my library. So to be more specific, when my camera records video it shows up in my library. The screen shows a “play“ icon but when I press play the frame stays frozen on one shot even though the video tracking bar is moving. Any idea how to fix this? I am using the app on my iphoneX with the latest updates.

I updated my iOS this morning and my videos are now working on my iPhone Max. Just a heads up to all those who have been having issues
