My cameras are experiencing an issue of not recording video to the library.  Everything was working fine.  Now they detect motion but are not saving video to the library. All videos for the month of May have disappeared from my library.
Apparently, this problem is widespread based on what I am reading as known issues.

Not sure of the model but I think the cameras are 2nd GEN, My problem is no notification. Had these a year and did well for most of it but stopped around Halloween. New batteries in the three cameras. Is there something I can check with the base station or should I just get new camera system? Sounds like a lot of folks have a similar problem. Can someone recommend a phone number to call and ask about this? Thanks

I looked online and found that Arlo telephone support is only good for the first 90 days after purchase.  I received good support using Arlo's Live Chat.  https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
