Poor Customer support They cant fix their own product.

My camera stopped working after a rain storm.   Water got in camera Tech even said it supposed to be Weather Proof.   Its out of warranty by 2 months.    Holy crap,   I bought a Disposable camera that only lasts 14 months?    How do you guys stay in business?

That is correct. As mention earlier we do not have any repair center we only replace the camera and my apologies the fault of the camera is already on hardware so there is no troubleshooting provided

you know I'm never going to do business with your company again right?. You sell weatherproof camera's that aren't weatherproof and then you cant fix or replace them. no discounts or anything to try to keep a customer. That is some piss poor customer support.
