I downloaded new arlo app and it will not work. It shows up as a new app on my phone. arlo pro

I have the arlo pro base and four camera's. I have tried to download the new arlo app many times. But it will not update my old app on my phone so I have no recordings and everything is working in limp mode. It will install a new app but it wants me to setup everything again.

You can always use a browser, even a mobile one if set to use the desktop version of the site (live view won't work due to lack of Flash).

 

What phone and OS? You're trying to install the NEW version of the app, not the legacy one, right? What happens when you enter your username and password after installing?
