My arlo solar panel (vma4600) isn't charging my arlo pro camera battery - throwing error "not a compatible charger" on my phone app. The battery is currently 80% and decreasing day-by-day, the solar panel is in bright sunshine. I've got another panel that is working fine w/ another battery....this one doesn't appear to be working. When I hooked up a multimeter, it showed it was generating approx 5.8v in the sun. I believe this is solar panel is rated for 6v...so I assume this is 'close enough'. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I have a panel that does this but I believe it's due to a damaged cable at the camera end. The plastic covering of the wiring has separated from the magnetic connector, apparently allowing moisture in (it fails when raining or very moist outdoors but works after it dries out). Check your cable carefully and try cleaning both the camera and cable connectors.
