WTH going on here? I can’t download and use the new and improved Legacy app via my iPhone 8+. I’ve tried everything, not my phone because I can download other apps. Does anyone have a tech support phone number if one even exist? Was going to add 2 more cams but now I’m not so sure.

Have you checked in the App store on your iPhone? You can try and reboot your phone as well.

I did. It didn’t work. I had 2 Arlo apps on my iPhone. Once I deleted the Arlo legacy app, I didn’t have to make any other adjustments. I don’t know why this worked. But glad it’s over. So frustrating. Best!
