My cameras keep going offline. I've reset the base several times by disconnecting the power and with the app my iPhone 6. All will be fine for a little while, then one or all will return offline.
Batteries are charged, all have good connection to our Wi-Fi.
Very frustrating!

When "offline", what are the base LEDs showing? If the Internet LED is green, the connection to the servers is still good so it may just be a display issue. Try force closing the app and reopen to see if there's a difference. Try both cell service as well as WiFi. In addition, try a browser, too - you can use a mobile browser when set to use the desktop version of the site.
