One phone can't connect while other phone can

Ever since the new app update, my husband's phone won't connect to any of our Arlo equipment (base, cameras). I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Turned off and unplugged the base and restarted, pressed sync on the base with the phone nearby, pressed sync on a camera with the phone nearby....and nothing. My phone recognizes them all just fine. I'm out of ideas! 😞

Is your husband using your login credentials on his device, or does he have his account? Can he log in from a computer?

Hi. Thanks for this question. I have tried both ways, actually. First just with my login and then I created his own and it doesn't work either way we try it. 😞

When you say "First just with my login" can you not log in to his app on his phone with your personal admin credentials?
