Arlo baby not turning on at all

Hi, our baby cam stopped working at all. It is not turning on. I have tried both the battery switch at the bottom as well as reseting it. LED is not turning on when plugged in.

Have you checked the power supply ??

It should run on a 5v usb supply ( like for an ipad ) about 2a.
