I just bought a pair of Arlo Q cameras. One of them works fine. However, the other won't turn on at all. I'm supposed to plug it in and wait until the light starts blinking amber, but no lights turn on at all when I plug it in, even when I swap cords with the camera that is known to be good. (The known good camera works fine with either cord.)
Did I just buy a lemon?
I even tried pressing the little reset button, holding down the little reset button, pressing the sync button, holding down the sync button, waiting several minutes, etc. No luck.
