Arlo Baby Direct Connect Mode

Can someone please assist in how you activate the Direct Connect mode on the Arlo Baby? Would like to make use of the device without WiFi.

The Direct connect does use wifi... Just that if your phone is on the same network as the Baby, the lag is cut down alot.

( not going to cloud )... more of a direct link to the phone

In use, you should see a small "house" icon on the screen

I assume then that without WiFi the Arlo Baby will not work? In other words there’s no direct link to the devise other than making use of WiFi?
