Hi guys,

I use an Arlo Baby in our sons room and it triggered motion earlier so I had a look - couldnt believe my eyes what I saw - had a look at the community but couldnt find any similar post.

Setup: Arlo Baby - room has 22C, no heating, no window openend and the door (left of the view) is slightly opened probably 5cm.

Can someone explain what this is? https://my.arlo.com/hmsweb/users/library/share/link/8AFABAF5F119490D_201908

I did analyse it a bit and you can clearly see if comes through the grill, hides partially the bars, slightly dips before changing direction upwards.

Interested in any explaination.

cheers

It's a particle of dust floating in room.... the IR lights hit it and it glows white

( baby cam puts out a small amount of heat)

Think of a sun beam and seeing particles floating in same

See it all the time in my garage where there is a bit more dust.
