Hello
I have an older Arlo 2 Pro with no HomeKit pairing code listed on the base station. Sounds like a token reset would give me one. Is that true?
If not, how would I obtain a code?
thanks,
Vince

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Hi Brook,
I think I need some help here.
all cameras still show no response inside HomeKit.
Do I need to go into the Arlo app, remove my base station from homekit and then get another reset token?

I tried to remove the base station from HomeKit and it says cannot be removed because it is not connected.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated

You can try logging out of the account and then restarting the phone. Logging back in and then doing the steps to restart the basestation. If that does not work you would need to reset the basestation fully, however you will need to add the cameras back onto the account.

I just delted everything including my base station and the cameras and re-added everything.
Please send me a token reset to enable HomeKit pairing.

I have followed those steps and it still doesn’t work. Can you send another reset token? I have removed all devices and I am going to start fresh. Once I get to step 9 it gives me a blue check then ask for setup code which I don’t have.
