Hello
I have an older Arlo 2 Pro with no HomeKit pairing code listed on the base station. Sounds like a token reset would give me one. Is that true?
If not, how would I obtain a code?

Unfortunately that did not resolve my issue. When I’m going through the HomeKit workflow through the Arlo app, it is still requiring a code for the hub.

Did you follow the steps to set up without a code? Try logging out of the account and logging back in. And then following the steps provided to set up without a code.

I am also having trouble connecting my base station (VMB4500r2) to HomeKit. Could someone help to request a token reset for me? Thanks!

VMB 4000r3 for years it could connect to Homekit....now NOPE. Token Reset ??
Also just added a VMB 4540r2 Base and within app there is no way to connect to Homekit and it will not update Firmware. Showing 1.12.1.9-184-1f92b57 or something like that....have had for a long time but just opened the box.
Please let me know how to get this working.

Can you let me know why my 4540 base just installed will not let me add PRO 4. Tries to update and wont so it will not allow me to proceed with adding the PRO 4s. I have done all the regular things like reset, readd etc.

I am unable to reset the token as the basestation is offline. Once thte basestation is online please let me know and I can send that reset.

I reset the token again. If it happens to not work still you will need to reset the basestation. Please keep in mind that you would need to add the cameras back to the basestation after resetting it.
