I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Thanks! Rebooted and tried setting up Homekit again, but it's not working (in a different way) --
So I click the Hub. Click Device Info. Click Homekit. Once there, it forever says "Discovering your device" but doesnt let me do anything else. The spinner next to "Devices found" just keeps spinning. No device is found.
Tried rebooting again but still the same result.

Whoops, never mind that last email. I waited a while and eventually got past that screen. But now I'm still getting the same problem as before -- it wants a setup code in order to add to homekit. 😞

You will need to reset the basestation. Please keep in mind you will need to add the cameras again after the reset.

Just reset it (again) and it still wants a code to set up in Homekit.

Are you following the steps to set up without a code?

Yes. I've set up refurb hubs before without issue.
I'm giving up on this and returning it to Amazon.
