I've seen some responses about needing a token sent for this issue?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Hi, still not working I’m stuck at the same screen with no devices being found… should I be near the hub for this scan or near the cameras themselves or near my wifi box? I really would like to get to the bottom of this because nothing has changed

@TCSL log out of the account and log back in. Make sure you have homekit enabled. And then try the steps to set up without a code again.
