I've seen some responses about needing a token sent for this issue?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions

I’m not sure how to use the token but it seems to be helpful to ppl, I’m also stuck at the Discovering Your Devices page, and can’t get through to my HomeKit! Will the token help and if so can I get one with my troubleshooting advice?

You need a basestation to be able to connect to the homekit. Looking into the account I do not see a basestation on the account.

Hi, yes I’m an additional administrator on the Arlo system of my home, so while there are two base stations they don’t show on my account only my husbands, would you have to get access via a message from his account to effect a token reset? I’ve tried once more to find devices in the setup page, still not pulling anything

You will not have access to the basestation if you are the authorized user. You can see the cameras, chimes, doorbells, and hubs but not the basestation. However, you can reset the basestation in your home , but to do the steps within the link I sent you that would have to be done via your husbands app or signed into his account.

Am I able to have a token sent to my Home Hub as well? I am stuck on the same screen for "Discovering your device" and do not have a Homekit setup code on the device.

Hello my device is stuck as well and unable to discover my Hubs to add to Apple HomeKit, can I please get a reset token urgently as I will be traveling soon, thank you!
