  • Hi,

 

I removed my hub from HomeKit and factory reset it but now when I try to add it back it is stuck to “discovering your device please wait”.

 

i ve seen other similar post where people got a “token” to reset the hub or something like that.

 

can somebody help with this issue ?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

I have the same problem with my VMB4500 stuck on discovery and likely need a token reset as well. Appreciate your help with this issue.

Could I also request a token reset please? I just bought a refurbished Smart Hub Pro with the following information, got the cameras added to the hub but cannot add the hub or cameras to HomeKit, like many others it's stuck on "Discovering your device. Please wait."

 

Firmware: 1.27.0.0_1931_03495c2

Hardware: VMB4540r3

Hi, I had another issue with my base station, in which I had to factory-reset it, but now trying to add it back into HomeKit I get the “Discovering Device…” message, so can I please ask for a token reset as well?
