So, if the previous discussion was solved by replacing arlo pro base unit.  Is it safe to assume that arlo base units that have the same symptom after receiving a software/firmware update should be replaced? A lot of people are having this issue.

 

Anyone know if ARLO has capability of reversing a software/firmware update?  

Has this issue been escalated to development?

 

I was planning to buy another base unit (fat one) for $79.99, but now i'm not sure after reading this previous discussion.

FWIW, adding on to multiple (and very old) threads isn't a good strategy - it's best to start your own.

I wouldn't reach that conclusion for your particular base yet.

 

What model base do you have?

What have you tried to resolve it?
