This is happening again, though the Arlo status page is not showing an outage. Also, trying to log in from a new browser doesn't trigger a push notification in the iPhone app...

So the browser seems to continue to work but still can't get the push notification in the app when trying to log back in via browser. I am having to use alternate methods like text. Anyone else seeing this?

In case there was a problem with the app I tried removing and re-adding my phone as a trusted device. Unfortunately, when adding as a trusted device it just spins for a bit and then says "There was a problem trusting this device. Try again."

Yeah, so now every time I want to use the app I have to get an SMS code... Fun!

I started a new thread for the app. Hopefully it gets some attention from Arlo. It's pretty silly and frustrating to enter an SMS code EVERY time I open the app on my phone which was my trusted device...

Contacted support by chat and this is what they told me:

"I just want to let you know that we are currently investigating an issue with trusting iOS devices with the newer app version. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you."
