Hello.
My family has both iPad and iPhone 6 Pluses installed with iOS v8.1.3 and Netgear Arlo (since 2/25/2015 night PST) apps. iPhones used show notification alerts from these installed apps before I turned off the base station yesterday morning, with its power button, for maintenance work on the physical home (too many e-mails and app alerts!).
After several hours, I physically powered it back on, iPhones no longer get Arlo apps' notifications. However, iPad's app gets the notifications. E-mailed alert notifications worked though. The weird part is that iPad never got these alerts before I powered off and on the base station. Only iPhones did. Now, it is reversed! Family member uses the same The "Friends" account, with full administrator access, under my primary account that I made when setting up Arlo if that matters.
What's wrong? We tried rebooting Netgear Arlo's base station through its web site, logging off and in again, checked settings online and in iOS apps, uninstalling and reinstalling apps in iPhones, etc.

This issue has been resolved. Users may need to log out of their iOS app and log back before push notifications start working again.

Are you using the primary account in iPhone? Or the Friends' account? Also, was iPad's account fully logged out?

If your getting notices in the Android and Ipad, the system is set up....
So, a basic questions is, do you have the notifications turned on in your Iphone? Settings, notifications, arlo app, turn on.
If yes, then try to force a stop of the iphone app and restart then test. Worst case is I would delete and reinstall on the phone.
Morse is faster than texting!

I see notifications again with the logged in an Arlo's Friends (not main/primary) account. It is working for me in iOS v8.2. What about the rest of you with Friends accounts?

FYI. Netgear confirmed that it was fixed and still working today.

Having the same problem as of today. This looks like a Netgear issue. No notifications on any IOS device - until today, push notifications were working on one iPhone and two iPads.

I just purchased the Arlo and I am having the same problem with app alerts on my iPhone 6. It worked for the first 2 days and now no longer works. I have done everything suggested here but still no app alerts. I hope this gets fixed soon on the app because I really liked those alerts!!

This started happening to me today as well. I received push notifications this morning just fine. At around 6pm Pacific time I noticed I was no longer getting any notificaitons. I've chatted with support & they claim they are aware of the issue and are supposedly looking into it....
"Yhancy: As I checked, we received a handful of cases with the same issue as you are having right now. We are collating this cases and we will raise this in our next meeting. We do apologize for the inconvenience"
I really hope they address this ASAP!!

One account. No friend account.
One iphone with app. Used to get push notices. Now I don't.

I am having the same issue as well. Mine quit working this afternoon on both my Ipad and iphone and have not worked since. It is a feature I depend upon with this system.
