All of a sudden I am not receiving e-mail notifications, and I have attempted all of the suggestions regarding this issue to no avail.  I confirmed my e-mail address in "Profile", but I do not see a "Personal Information".  Can someone help!!??

Apple has been a bit flakey to speak, esp with the newr version of OS...

All I can say is the normal routine; from easy to hard...

1) do nothing and wait a few days...I've seen it clear up with no user actions

2) go to app settings an do a forced stop, clear cache and see if it works

3) do an un-install app and reboot phone then re-install app

4) do a power button reboot of the base unit, let it come back online and test

If all above fail, contact Netgear for more info.

PS we actually like helping or we wouldn't be here ( trust me )..the only stupid question is the one Not asked !

Tatoosue,

There was an issue with iOS push notifications, this has since been resolved. Are you referring to push notifications or email alerts? Are you still seeing this behavior after the above suggestions?

Please let us know,
