They just both randomly started working again so I guess someone fixed something on Arlo's end. Thanks for trying to help!

Can you still livestream the camera and doorbell?
If you have a subscription, can you save a manual recording while livestreaming?
Maybe also try changing the mode to disarmed, and then back to armed again.

Yes I've been able to livestream the whole time since this happened. My subscription is Arlo Smart, covering both

Ok. But can you save a manual recording while livestreaming? And then see it in the library?

Perhaps double-check the Armed mode (by going into the edit path), and make sure the rules for the camera+doorbell are still set to record and send notifications.
