I'm trying to install my arlo video doorbell.
My details:
I have 220v house power
A 24v transformer for the Video Doorbell
A 12v Door chime.
I think i can buy a 24v to 12v convertor and make this diagram to get the chime to work.
Would this wiring work?

I think the normal solution is to use a relay, and not a step-down transformer. See https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Video-Doorbell/WIRING-A-RELAY-INTO-THE-CHIME-OF-A-WIRED-DOORBELL/...
