Premium feature error

When we go to the feed it says we have selected a premium feature and go to the arlo site to settings. when we do it says we have no plan.

Without a subscription/plan you don't have access to various features including cloud recordings. Every camera since 2018, starting with the Ultra, requires a plan for these features. If you don't want to pay, you must connect the doorbell to a hub which can then be set up to record locally. It's not the same thing as cloud recordings but it works for some folks.

 

If you don't want a plan, the first thing I'd check is for activity zones. If those are defined, which require a plan, remove them to get rid of that message.
