AVD1001 - Wired Video Doorbell

As a remote worker, I am seeking a video doorbell that can provide a direct visual feed of who is at my door without the need for an internet connection. I am particularly interested in the ability to operate the doorbell solely over Wi-Fi, enabling seamless communication between the device and my iPad or iPhone.

Any chance Arlo will offer this capability?
