I am trying to setup arlo wireless video doorbell. I have 3 arlo cameras and a base station all with no issues.
It reads the QR and makes the success tone but then just will not discover the doorbell no matter what I do. I have tried everything.
Factory reset, guest network, connecting to home base, connecting only via wifi, wifi is 2.4gz, tried connecting it as a camera instead, app is up to date, homebase firmware is up to date, batter is fully charged.
Tried to log a ticket but the bot gives me no reference number or confirmation email. I have spent hours on this thing and it is incredibly frustrating.

Have you tried the reset procedure spelled out in the FAQ in the support section here? Hold the small button for >15 seconds until the ring start flashing and try connecting again .

Which base do you have? The oldest bases (3xxx) aren't compatible. It's possible it's a faulty doorbell so swapping at the store may be the fastest solution.
