I don't seem to be able to grant access to the video doorbell via my Arlo account. I have tried to grant access to my wife and used the section to add my wife's name, e-mail, selected the door bell and selected 'Allow Access Rights'. The clicked on 'Send Invite'. My wife receives the e-mail and clicks on 'Create account'. She entered all the details and then clicked Submit - then get an error stating 'database service is currently down'. So... created an account directly via my.arlo.com and then click on 'Log In' rather than 'Create Account' - same error message!
We've tried using PC browser session and mobile phone - neither works.

Hi James - yes I have still been experiencing the issue. I have tried the workaround though and it was successful.
