Arlo doorbells works outside US?

I just want to know if Arlo Doorbells works outside United States, Argentina in this case.

I see some reviews in Amazon about this and itsn't clear if I can use doorbells outside US

DBU,

 

Arlo 2nd Generation doorbells are not available to install in all regions. While we do have plans to expand the regions in which 2nd generation devices can be purchased and installed, I do not have information on when they will be available in Argentina at this time.
