I have checked all the settings and it still says it should be recording, but when I go to check they only appear as 2k?

 

What gives?

The Premier subscription or the similar single camera one is for up to 2k recordings. The Elite plan is needed for 4k.

I found the thread. Arlo have blocked 4k local recordings now.
Their product isn't good enough to get a subscription when other are doing it for free. Nice move LOL

Upon further investigation it looks like the resolution of the video is in fact 4k. It appears like the label is incorrect.
