Just bought Arlo Ultra - Can't discover Ultra SmartHub. Tried hard reset and tried on mobile/web.

Hi, seemed pretty straightforward, but... no luck so far.
I bought the kit - VMB5000 + 1 Ultra.
- Connected ethernet, power, the station went amber, then fixed blue.
- Performed discovery of a new base on the iPhone, nothing.
- Performed hard reset on the station: flashed blue/amber, then rebooted: amber, fixed blue again.
- Discovery from iPhone: no luck again. Cycled through 3/4 hard resets, nothing.
- I have another older station, which is working flawlessly with 5 cameas. I tried to turn it off to avoid conflicts (even if it shouldn't), nothing again.
- Tried to perform the discovery from the Mac, same result.
- Updated the iPhone app to the latest version (3 days old). Nothing.
- Checked network: IP assigned, and the station is responding flawlessly to pings from the terminal. I found that the station also generated 20Mb of download traffic in a couple of hours of uptime.
- I have no VPN, I also stopped firewalls to see if there was a conflict.
Any suggestion other than returning the whole kit?

Sounds like swapping systems would be the best first step.
