Arlo Ultra Issues 1 camera stopped working

So I have the 4 Camera Arlo Ultra System for about a year now.
Suddenly one of the cameras stopped working. (will not connect to hub)
After speaking to customer service on live chat running troubleshooting, they told me since it is 1 year and 1 day after I bought the system, they cannot replace the camera.
Do I have any other options?
Kind of crappy, is there any higher up customer service #'s I can call, who might be able to help me?
