Ultra stopped detecting motion and amber light does not work in motion detection test

Hi have bought the Arlo ultra around 2 weeks ago and one camera has suddenly stopped detecting motion and the amber light does not work in the motion detection test. Have tried all the steps of removing battery and unplugging base etc does anyone have any other suggestions? Have removed and re synced several times

Maybe try a factory reset:  https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera

 

If that fails, then I suggest returning it to the seller (and if that isn't possible, contact support and ask for an RMA).
