I cancelled my subscription in December but I am still got charged in January. I need my subscription canceled right away and a credit for January. 

Anybody have any insight on how to contact this company?  Crazy that you can pick up a phone and call them.

I also cancelled my subscription and have still been getting charged. There is no phone number and cannot use chat without a subscription.

Thanks for creating the ticket - I have followed the instructions in the email but I couldn't find Support Requests in my.arlo.com - both app and web browser brought me to the same page that I cannot find my ticket

I sold my house, deleted my devise and canceled my subscription but I'm still being charged.  There is no way to talk to someone directly- this is an insane business model that one has to go through a "community forum" to get service from a seemingly professional entity.  Please advise...

I am having this same problem. I got a test product from Arlo and was then asked for my debit card number. I gave it to your company on 11/20/2023. I canceled it a month later. Checked my account today, and I am still being charged for the subscription. PLEASE! stop charging me. I checked my account status on your website and the "Subscriptions" tab is greyed out, with no way to access it. This means I DO NOT HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION FOR YOUR SERVICE. Stop charging me or I will go to the BBB. I expect to be contacted by next week.

It looks like they reached out via email on the 22 and the 25th asking for a good callback number and a good time to reach out to you. Can you please check your emails and respond.
