Annual Plan for doorbell cancelled

I have been billed for another year on my arlo doorbell today 26/05/25. I was sure I had cancelled this renewal but appears not amd as its an auto renewal no notification is given prior to payment being taken. I have now cancelled and would like a refund on the year. Is this possible bearing in mind its on the renewal date.

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

Afternoon, I contacted support who have opened a case. Case number 00719962. They have my contact details as per account. I can be contacted on the number on the account at anytime.
