Arlo pro 4 how to change video recording length.

I can not find a way to change the length of my video recordings. I followed ALL ARTICLES, FAQ, AND IT doesn't work. I need to talk to a real person . I received an email from an Arlo Guru but it just said My interface must be UI. That means nothing to me. Then he sent me a link to things that don't help me with video recording length. Virtual assistant is of no help as it just shows everything I have been trying to do. Version 4.13.2866 if that helps. If I don't get someone to help I will just cancel my subscription.  Thanks

That sounds a bit garbled.

When you open the app, are you seeing

1. Menu options called "Library" and "Mode"?
2. or Menu options called "Feed" and "Dashboard"?
