I bought my system ( 2x Arlo Pro 2 + Base) back in 2018, I used it for a year or so, then I stopped using it. Fast-forward to today I wanted to turn in back on and it didn't work. I can see the base on the app, but not the 2 other cameras. I tried to sync it, but both of my cameras not blinking blue to sync, actually not showing any sign of power. Only when I connect it to a power source, it will give me a one blue blink and that's it. Any advice on how to hard reset the camera or how can I get it to work would be appreciated.

Have you charged the batteries? Having the base off for a long time means the cameras ran the batteries down trying to connect so now they're dead. If so, read the FAQ here on how to resurrect a totally dead battery. If turning off the system for any length of time, always remove the batteries.
ALso, having used the reset button, you likely need to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh.

I did try that until the light went amber. Then I added it back to the app with no issue, but I still can't see any cameras, and my cameras not giving any indication that they are working.

I was trying to revive the batteries for the last week and it didn't work. However, I've ordered a new battery and a charging dock, I've read that it could revive dead batteries. I'll give an update once I receive them.

I've received the charging dock couple days back and I was able to revive the batteries with it.
