Hi! I purchased CVR plan for two cameras, and now I want to switch the device to another camera (since the original camera is unplugged to allow another camera to charge).
It didn't let me switch to other cameras in the new website design. There's no option to. So, I had to start a new subscription for the third camera, and now I"m paying unnecessarily for the other two subscriptions.
How can I switch the subscription to a new camera in the new app / website UI? Tried the app and website, both didn't give me the option to switch cameras. I could only click on the $14 subscription or stay on the $30 one.

To cancel the CVR subscription for your device please navigate to:
My Arlo Account in the Top left drop down > Arlo Secure page > Scroll down to the bottom of the page > Select The red cancel subscription text > Select the CVR plan > Continue with cancellation button.

At this time, you will have to unsubscribe from the camera you want to remove the sub from and add a CVR subscription to the new camera.

I'm in the same situation, wishing to change the CVR subscription to another Ultra 4 camera. Upon navigating to the Arlo Secure subscription webpage it appears impossible to unsubscribe the camera I want to remove from the CVR plan - clicking on that camera's subscribe/unsubcribe button did NOT work. However, the subscribe button worked quite well when I started to add another camera. How does one unsubscribe a camera from the CVR plan?
